The facility showed a significant deterioration in April 2025, when critical food safety issues emerged including improper cold storage, inadequate hand washing facilities, and missing operational plans, but a dramatic turnaround followed just eleven months later in March 2026, when violations dropped to a single minor infraction involving wiping cloth storage. The trajectory is solidly upward: after addressing those serious violations from spring 2025, the facility has demonstrated it can maintain compliance and appears to be on a path toward sustained improvement.
