Planet Thai currently holds a C grade and scores better than about one-third of comparable restaurants, placing it in the lower tier. The facility has struggled consistently with cold holding temperatures, a violation appearing in five of seven inspections since January 2023, alongside recurring issues with staff knowledge and hand hygiene practices. After a particularly serious spike in January 2025 involving inadequate hand washing practices, the operation appears to be moving in a better direction, with violations declining sharply through August and December 2025.
