The facility has displayed a volatile pattern marked by temperature control failures: improper hot and cold holding temperatures appeared in March 2025, while earlier violations in February 2024 included inadequate hand washing facilities and improper storage of toxic substances. After that February 2024 incident, the operation cleaned up and passed four consecutive inspections from May 2024 through August 2025, but the March 2025 temperature control violations suggest the underlying issue resurfaced; since then, however, Small Eats has passed five straight inspections from June 2025 through May 2026, indicating the current trajectory is toward stability.
