After passing that followup in late July 2023, the restaurant deteriorated significantly through 2024 and early 2025, cycling through repeated violations in food temperature control and hand washing compliance before a substantial decline in violations by April 2026, most recently cited only for inadequate hand washing facilities and warewashing equipment issues.
