Cloud9 is in the bottom tier of restaurants in its category, scoring worse than 97 percent of comparable facilities. The facility has been ordered to close twice: in April 2024 after severe temperature control and hygiene failures, and again in February 2025 following a nearly identical pattern of food storage and hand washing violations. Despite passing mandatory follow-up inspections in April and March of those years, the facility has continued to accumulate violations, most recently in January 2026, suggesting that corrective measures have not been sustained and core food safety practices remain inconsistently applied.
